MTK Academy collects information that you voluntarily submit through internship applications, Hackathon registrations, contact forms and related official services. This may include your name, email address, education details, profile links, team information, application responses and files you choose to upload.

We use this information to process applications, administer programs and challenges, verify submissions or payments where applicable, communicate with applicants, maintain records and operate the Academy.

Uploaded resumes and payment proofs are stored as protected application data. Sensitive uploaded file data is encrypted before being stored in the application database. Payment information submitted to MTK is used for verification; MTK does not treat a user-submitted UTR as automatic proof of successful payment.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers strictly where needed to operate the website, database, email delivery or other requested services, subject to their applicable terms and security practices.

Application records may be retained for legitimate operational, administrative, security, accounting or legal purposes. Please submit only information that is relevant and necessary to your application.
