By using the MTK Academy website or submitting an application, you agree to provide accurate information and follow the published rules, instructions and participation requirements for the relevant program.

Internship and learning programs are subject to eligibility, review, availability and the specific program terms displayed at the time of application. Participation does not guarantee employment, income or selection for any future opportunity.

For the MTK Hackathon, each team pays a one-time ₹39 registration fee. The fee is non-refundable once registration is successfully completed, subject to the applicable edition terms. Payment is manually verified; a submitted UPI transaction reference or screenshot does not by itself constitute confirmation of registration or selection.

Challenge tasks must be completed honestly and according to the published rules. Submitted work should be original unless an edition explicitly permits specified tools, collaboration or AI assistance.

MTK may reject or cancel an application where submitted information is materially inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, required conditions are not met, or published challenge/program rules are violated.

Program structures, schedules, fees, challenge editions and requirements may be updated when necessary. Any material change applicable to a future edition will be communicated through the relevant website page or participant communication.
